Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. At the moment we can't deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges
- United Kingdom: £5.99 standard delivery — free on orders of £50 or more
The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you place your order. We never add delivery costs that weren't shown to you first.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
These are estimates rather than guarantees; busy periods and customs checks can occasionally add a few days. We'll email you as soon as your order ships, including tracking details where available.
If your delivery doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at oli.edwards@true.global with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
